I appreciate your strategy and intent, but I find it ironic that a job seeker should be too respectful of the time of the recruiter or hiring manager who has created a laundry list of requirements or that is using an ATS that has its own inane intelligence and process that wastes the applicant’s time

This version (according to pdf) don't have the reasoning why I am applying for this job/company, like the 7 sentence cover letter Is this not needed? In Northern Europe people always pressure how important it is to give a reasoning, so they know you're not just copy pasting your applications

I guess this works well if your resume is tailored to the applied job If you're not tailoring your resume, the recruiter would just be confused Would you suggest using the cover letter as a tailored way to summarize your experience according to job requirements? Or do you have to change your resume each time?

nice video updated my resume and cover letter got multiple offers sent to me this week for a few jobs the first app i sent in didnt get a response, but when i updated and sent the cover letter as required in this video i did get a response from the same employeer who denied me a week ago but i applied through indeed this time and was accepted for a position i also have one other contract job who message me that he wanted to do a interview i will take the interview to see what it about and if it a better offer ill take that instead
