If you bought it cash and got a 20 year mortgage after owning it 90 days, did you apply for a home equity loan or a standard mortgage? Im asking to know if the morgage you got had a regular mortgage rate or a higher rate since its a home equity loan? Please let us know, thanks!

I'd love your input as I've just kicked off a partnership with a trusted friend who has capital What is a common example to construct a partnership if I do ALL the work and a partner invests half the money (or all the money)? I do REI 100 of the time now and they are super busy with a family and W2 So I guess two scenarios here, 1/2 or all money invested by partner, but they do Zero work brbrThank you kindly!brMichael
