A long time ago I visited someone who used to live at the border of Montgomery County and PG County It was during winter time and it snowed heavily for 2days And after the 2nd day, all roads in Montgomery County were paved but none in PG were cleaned You could clearly see kids from one county going to school, and their counterparts in another county clearly stuck at home in the snow Also, adults in one county went to work while others from a few feet away couldn't because they just happened to live in a county that was underfunded Now this may not seem like a big deal at first glance, but imagine the cumulative impact it could've over the course of 18 years Even one missed day could mean the difference between a Harvard acceptance, or a rejection Not to mention that their parents also fell behind on performance evaluations at their respective jobs And when it comes time for a company to downsize, they're not going to care whether so and so had uncontrollable circumstances that prevented them from making it to work, they'll be the first ones to receive the pink slips This is an example of a background injustice that's hard to see but contributes greatly to the gap Fortunately, nowadays, everything is online and this is no longer an issue But such demoralizing tactics are often employed as they're perfect for keeping people down Most kids will not complain about missing school And adults too will welcome an excuse to miss work no matter their race, gender, or political beliefs Comment from : Fred Katerega |

Stop!!!!! I have paid full tuition for all 4 of my children and yes am white brI sat thru 4 open parent orientation and I was alway one of 3 to 4 white parents to attend brThere was about 200 black parents there and most were getting full tuition For higher education and most were getting housing and food plan included brThere were a few complaining because their child was getting a free train ride to school instead of a free dorm brBut am white and paid full price brPaid full price on meal plan brAlso stop about how bad they have it in 2023 brI’ve work side by side with many and at times the only white person on that day brAlso whites were sold as slaves also brMy grandfather was sold to a farmer as a slave in mass in the early 1900 brHe was beaten chained to a post in the winter no blankets given had to cover himself with hay to stay warm, this all because the government allowed orphanages to sell the young boys to farmer as slaves brSo it’s time the bitching and crying stops Comment from : Eileen Casey |

So there are no poor white neighborhoods? My husband is a white minister in an inner city black church for almost the last 2 decades I see the members who have not accepted this view and are in the class above us Nothing handed to them They worked They studied They built Success does not come from victimhood Church is so very important as it builds positivity Out of this church have come adults (once children) that are very successful due to the influence of a natural family and a church family Comment from : Michelle McDonald |

I got to the lie about the schools and I stopped there Inner city schools are the highest funded schools in America (EXAMPLE: Detroit Public Schools have 10 of the states student population but receive no less than 33 of ALL state and federal money allotted to schools) The teachers at public schools make more than the teachers at private schools ! The states that spend the most on education have the worst test scores and graduation rates Comment from : Nick Cellini |

All right, but where did the prejudice that Ajzats are good at math come from? After all, back in the 20th, the stereotype of the "Chinese idiot" was common, but when these idiots got to college through work and talent, they quickly showed what they were capable of Why can't blacks just do the same? Comment from : Rafał Jarzębski |
The issue is that you ignore the much much much more decisive issues in the black community, such as gang violence and fatherless homes These aren’t systemically racist, yet are 9999 of what is making the black community face such lows brbrThe entire thing is about cultural differences, and cultural difference isn’t racist Comment from : Sun Tzu |
Is this an anti Democrat video? Because it's the race baiting left that hates the Idea of school choice That being said Systemic racism is very real Before you can claim systemic racism, you need to identify the system Within the system, in all of it's parts From government and education, to the media and entertainment industry, not only is it okay to bash, demonize, and discriminate against white people based on their skin color, but it is in fact encouraged, rewarded, and celebrated as somehow virtuous That is the reality of systemic racism in actual practice As opposed to the contrived bogyman described in this propaganda video Comment from : Dude Slick |

A true example of systemic racism - Canada's INDIAN ACT?
br
br The INDIAN ACT reduced Canada's Aboriginal peoples to legal status as minors Therefore the Ottawa government of Canada set up a system of apartheid against the First Nations This discriminatory system must be considered as systemic racism since it is based on laws and principles consciously developed and accepted by the majority of citizens even today This reality, unworthy of a country that calls itself evolved, largely determines the troubled relations that have existed between Aboriginals and non-Aboriginals since 1876
br
brAn example of discrimination resulting from this law: The INDIAN ACT does not confer any property rights on the Native people since it is impossible for them to buy the lands in the reserves, this one being the exclusive property of the Crown, Crown which belongs to the British Monarchy to which King Charles III was recently elected non-democratically, in office by blood ties only This state of affairs therefore limits the ability of Aboriginal people to borrow and reduces their financial autonomy They have different rights from other citizens simply because of their Aboriginal status This form of segregation is a blatant demonstration of systemic racism Comment from : Al Tela |

This video describes a class or cast system Only clowns make it about race to try to divide us I'm white I was born extremely poor raised in a car on the street I went to a low funded school and never went to college But because of my life choices I did not repeat this cycle This mindset makes it impossible to fight real oppression Or maybe the council of white privilege didn't have my address to send me my free money Comment from : cody |

Stereotypes are created by uneducated ignorant people that don't know any better Racism is a impediment, a handycap that takes over a degenerate mind of ignorants Comment from : Cliff Lewis Jr |
We all need to admit that most people walking around in the world have been brainwashed into tribal thinkingand that they operate in their lives based on fear rather than love and acceptance Racism is inside of each and every person on the planetand it is only when the inner work is done(that we reject judging others based on appearance rather than ther character) that we can begin to heal the huge injustices that continue to damage humanity If that sounds "woke" call me guilty It is said that Buddha "woke up" I am proud to be able to say that I am going through life with my eyes open If you are not living in truth, you are not awake if you are not trying to fix problems, you are already dead Wake up and do the inner work Question your own predispositions and challenge norms set down by your parents and other authorities in your life The world can be a better placebut it begins inside of you Comment from : ColleenLaRose |

Most humans are unaware of the most significant underlying factors and the causes overlooked that past and presently contribute to this frustrating culmination of timeless errors “That which is crooked cannot be made straight and that which is wanting and lacking cannot possibly be counted” brbr1 They are due too the influence of the wicked angel that made himself Satan the Devil br2 The inheritance of Sin that passed along to all races in human family to his offspring by our first parents Adam and Eve br3 The spiritual and moral deficiency in and failure to uphold Righteous Scriptural Principles of so-called religious leaders as Teachers that have inconsistently failed to uphold the firm principles outlined in the Scriptures for thousands of years and the progressive rise and fall of various oppressive world powers br The solution is in the answer to our long time patiently awaited prayer taught by our Creator’s own Son: br “Our Father in the heavens…Let your Kingdom (or government ) come, let your will take place on earth, as it is in heaven” Comment from : T Allen |
Everything is a lie here wow They can’t even prove what they are stating out Comment from : Le Petard |
People live by how mother nature designed them to live for the most part Differences in intelligence & temperament greatly impact prosperity Now a person growing up in Africa has a worse environment and that impacts their prosperity but I wouldn't label that systemic racism That's trying to put a guilt factor on it and wrong We need to do our best to improve everyone's conditions and people that live in poverty have a worse environment but I disagree with the way they describe it Their method caused conflict and places blame Comment from : Greg Gilbert |

What a bunch of shit, there are poor people of all skin colours not just black people also this nonsense idea of Black oppression Please tell me any place, establishment, job, or anything that today a black person is legally prevented from doing or going to, this im black and oppressed has to stop if they actually experienced oppression and slavery like actual slaves or like MLK you wouldn't survive with you self entitlement News Flash MLK fought and died and won your right to go anywhere and do anything you want you are no longer since the 60s prohibited because you are black from anything not a place, a restraunt, or job, or education it's time to drop the oppression card if you ain't going anywhere in life it ain't because the colour of your skin because no school, college, or university prohibits black people or any other race second point Slavery wasn't just a white person thing, there were also Black slave owners who also enslaved, beat, and put their fellow black people to work in the fields not just a white man thing you seem to very conveniently forget that part no black person under the age of 60 has experienced segregation or oppression, Oprah Winfrey richest black woman in the world she was so oppressed she got an education a job, her own company and made millions, Rhianna came from a third world country with a poor education system went to america and was so oppressed because of the colour of her skin she made millions life is about the choices you make regardless of skin colour a white person or black can both either get an education and make money or commit crime join gangs go to prison it's about the choice you make look at Rhianna came from nothing as a black woman and made something of herself because of the choices she made Comment from : ryan62011 |
