Hi Michelle! We've just "met" in the last few weeks and although I've been teaching for a few years, lesson planning has been the bane of my existence While I don't mind doing it, I have struggled with finding the right system Your materials and talent have been like magic in my life Thank you so much for doing things I have only dreamed of being able to do I appreciate your designs being so streamlined and uncluttered Because I have to translate everything into other languages, I need all every millimeter of space Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Hello! I am about to be a new teacher I am receiving my certification through an alternative program so my first teaching job will be my field experience That being said, how do teachers know what to teach ie lesson plan? Do they just teach from the textbook?

Im currently only an assistant language teacher, but i like to burst plan - like going through the textbooks and making activities One thing i could improve is actually have a build up to a goal for my main courses (like what i do with the special classes) Im super excited to start teaching for real!!
