I dont know if this the right place to ask but im struggling right no to get a job myself Ive been trying to make passive income but working out well right now I cant do regular jobs because of how easily i get fatigued and dehydrated from being outside for too long and this has been like this ever since i suffered from severe mold exposure 3 years ago I applied for disability before for my major depressive disorder and severe panic disorder 3 years ago as well but got denied i applied again this year and got denied as well I appealed because of an accident i had made on my application because i thought my mother had more than 3K on life insurance if i passed away but it was only around 90 bucks So i appealed and my case has been floating around ever since I got in contact with the SSA office in my area and the lady said if they dont get back to me in a week call back and ask to have manager screen my call Week later tried to call back they go straight to the National line for SSA and ive been calling back for weeks now So i finally decided to go up in person wait the long line and the lady at the desk told me she couldn't find a case at all smh So they scheduled me for an appointment to apply in September Nothing but time wasted going up there And apparently they cant see my file at the local office but they seen it when i called over the phone when they picked up Even the national office see it Idk what to do now Comment from : bigmaneastside |

I have been on disability for years making under the required amount, but not got an offer to make way more than the required amount what would be my penalty going forward? I am super struggling! I’ve been on SSI and SSA with a combined income of 930 now it was fine while I was in college, the student loans helped balance things out but now that I’ve graduated and unable to find work I’m struggling super again Dors initially told me that they would help pay for my tuition but of course they reneged, and told me to do Total Permanent Disability of my student loans which I did I’m trying to figure out if it makes sense to try to go back to school and take on more loan debt just to stay afloat?br I’m over 55 and been out of college since 2016 yet I have not had my first job interview , even though I’ve worked with at least seven career counselors from different areas I am lost and confused If you have any insight, please let me know Thanks Comment from : Vera Bowman |

Great video, my question is this: if I get a part time job making gross $970 or under but I’m doing secretarial work like I had done before I became disabled, just with reduced hours and part time, will that trigger a review and/or could they say I am doing the same nature of work so I am not considered disabled anymore? I have been trying for SSI since February and have not gotten anywhere When I call they tell me there is only 1 person that looks at the paperwork and when they make a decision they will send a letter I have sent in the paperwork several times and anymore it just feels like a joke! I'm thinking it isn't going to happen and it's hard to live on less than $700 monthly in todays world! Comment from : Susan |
