I have a half dime that I got two for free similar years and I think I’m better condition but the unfortunate truth is They are bent now you could fix it with two pieces of wood and a hammer and you probably couldn’t tell but i will not because it’s part of the history still makes me sad

The Roman coin is a commemorative for the founding of Constantinople, issued in the 330s AD Looks like the Constantinople mint as well The face on the obverse isn't an emperor, it's actually the avatar of the City of Constantinople I have the exact same coin sitting on my dining room table right now That particular coin is more common than dirt Yours is a nice looking copy, though As you say, nice detail, and I would definitely not clean it; that's a very pretty coin

No no no…brJust because it’s silver doesn’t mean it’s great You could get 1/2 of that as junk silver from a silver dealer The numismatic value of those culls is minimal, and dude, I laughed out loud when you called it “high end” Okay- you’re doing YouTube content and it pays to be enthusiastic, but keep it 100 brThe seated half had graffiti on the obverse (you conveniently didn’t comment on) The slabs were excess stock of VERY common coins that are difficult to unload at a decent price on EBay I don’t understand why you and Rob and the gang hype these bags The stuff is ALWAYS guaranteed to be junk surplus just sitting around a coin store back room The owners figured out a way to dump it for good money Of COURSE they aren’t going to send things worth real moneybrListen, a good grab bag would have genuinely collectible high grade coins that you WOULDN’T immediately dump on us through What Not ❤❤ You’d be excited to keep and enjoy them

I got a cheaper grab bag from the same seller a couple months ago I think I paid $155 with shipping, and by my estimate I got about $160 or so I'm happy with it because it wasn't just the value, but the fun of opening the next thing
