with roblox's update where you dont need to scroll through servers and you can just click on ascending and get rid of all full servers you can just go onto the lowest server and grind there as rarely no police will be in there

i would recommend going on a really small server with like 6 people because there will be much less police and you can basically go around the map forever and keep robbing i got like 80k in 4 days
