Cooking fruit at 190 or lower will maintain the fruit's natural color but it may take 5-6 hours before it's ready I use a dehydrator and dry my fruit at 100 degrees which takes about 8 hours Comment from : Desert Oasis

The best jars for gifting are at Dollar General I got a jar with a butterfly embossed in the glass on the front with a rose gold top $1!! Got a fall one with an embossed pumpkin on front, $1!!
