I remember this time conrad was talking about i went to a house show and their were less than 500 people there edge was in the main event without the crowd its just awful i couldnt believe it it was a far cry from 98 at a live raw is war with austin and when his music hit i thought the roof was gonna fly off the building wwe was in trouble at that point

It seems a bit disingenuous to say the math didn't change if the top talent wasn't there as by definition their absence opened up better spots for the talent that were The main event may get the same percentage regardless, but it's a matter of exactly who is in that main event in terms of who gets that percentage

Eugene was over It worked tremendously and it was fun Judging in hindsight is so ridiculous I thought maybe they were going to give him a world title run at one point There’s this disgust for him in JR’s tone, but he would praise a guy who played a zombie for 30 years It’s quite interesting how people try so hard to force logic into wrestling when it isn’t needed

I find it interesting hearing how the wrestler's cut was done And his explanation made sense I know if I had that explained to me of why i got the pay that i did I'd drop it and understand People just don't want to feel like they're being screwed Because it's super easy to feel like that And it's not outrageous for wrestlers being screwed by promoters pay wise

Not only do I love hearing the percentage each area of the card would get unless stated otherwise I also love hearing the amount of money that the talent as a whole has to split up between them Which goes into the new generation era when a lot of talent thought I could either make more money with Turner because of how the contract was written or I want to go to Japan because I'll at least get bigger crowds, which means more money on a more consistent bases Love you guys for this
