I remember when I first bought this game I was 13, living in New York I got it from a mom and pop game store I didn’t like it because I expected it to be a third person shooter like the Ps2 Scarface game The owner was kind and encouraged me to play it again because it was a strategy game and not a shooter; he said I could exchange it if I still didn’t like it but no refund I learned to love it It became my fav psp game until my psp broke This makes me want to get a new one

It's always weird seeing how downgraded these are compared to the PS2 versions, like, Rockstar managed to pull off fully 3d environments and open world gameplay on the PSP with Liberty City stories and Vice City Stories so the hardware is definitely capable of it, and those games still hold up pretty well Ports like this are beyond lazy
