I'm currently living with my parents and I disturb them all day by telling what I read everyday I think unknowingly it is a great way to remember what you read And now I’m currently about 80 through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like personal finance, business and career This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life

I respect most of these other books but you REALLY went sideways on #16! Usually on point in regards to your research, you seemed to have overlooked the fact that Donald Trump is NOT really rich but is in debt up to his toupeethis is not an assumption, this is fact from his previusly released tax returns and interviews with ex employees that worked with his FA's Another overlooked point is that the very person who wrote the book for him has already admitted that when he tried numerous times to interview Trump, he found that he was never being able to get straight answers from him (Trump's attention span was too low and he kept veering off) so he was forced to interview his employees and fill in the blanks himself That's when he learned the truth about Trump but since he was on a deadline, he did what he felt he had to do So unless you're promotion the mere APPEARANCE of being wealthy, the "The Art of the Deal" is probably NOT the book to read and I'm shocked that you didn't know this
