Resources have to be obtained to teach these non English speaking children which means someone goes withoutspecial education resources are often removed to accommodate non English speaking childrenif you cannot speak th language you cannot attend schoolthat will end all of this and create an accentive to learn English

No, why are Venezuela's and Ecuador's problems now our problems? Why do my taxes go up, my access to medical care and subway service deteriorate for the convenience of foreign citizens who decide to plop themselves down in another country and demand an upper middle-class standard of living while me and my peers struggle to provide a lower working class/working poor standard of living for ourselves and our families? Even if all these resources are invested in them, they will just become welfare recipients - or do you do think they can magically afford 4, 5, 6K a month for an apartment and to meet their children's needs by delivering food from an increasingly diminishing number of restaurants? Even if 12 billion were magically provided by strapped taxpayers, this is just the narrow end of a funnel of spending This is not compassion! It is a cynical program to provide cheap labor to a handful of businesses and rich folks who need a gardener or maid and paid for votes to legitimize an irredeemably corrupt democratic party
