Emails are supposed to be short and to the point Use your own real words, because people do not want to do a lot of fluff reading Also, my personal feeling is that all letters should be in English, or whatever the national language is The reason for this is that I lived in a foreign country for twenty years and no one accommodated me in the school system for my children, which helps to learn the national language and preserve it as the national language It is very hard to accommodate everyone, especially in highly international areas Coming back to the US, my children's foreign language was never available and it felt s little discriminating that others got so much accommodation and even in class teaching in their foreign language, because it was more well known Stick with the national language and help immigrants learn that way, and by being non partial to certain better known foreign languages Just my own experience here brI feel letters and emails should be short and contain only key information, there might be a place for Chat GPT, but I'm not sure where yet Comment from : Crystal Mueller

You probably know this but when you go to paste your meet the teacher note into your template, you can hold down the “command, shift, V” keys and it will paste in the font you already have in the template, no need to go in and change it Game changer for me!
