I am 38 years old and I just recently learned how to ride a bike My trouble was that I am ashamed to admit I cannot ride one until I tried it 2 months ago It was fun! I can't believe I can do it I was so embarassed at first but within 5 to 10 minutes I got it right away! All the shame I had just all went away and realized it's all in my head It's addictive even though I have bruises and scratches from falling but still, I will get it right!
