I work in a Australia company in new Zealand, the company slogan is, our staff is the most important asset, but they treat senior like shit, when you are nearing your retirement, they will find way to make you resign by getting you to do works that No one want to do , staff like that, to avoid paying your your years of service with the companywe even have a staff died after having cancer and cannot retire so keep working until he died That is how valuable we were to the company I left and some of the people after working 20+ years left without anything that is how valuable we are I learn all thos slogan is nothing but lie
