I had a situation with my Starling account in France the other day brbrI had Both a £ account and a € account The € account was empty i just assumed the card would convert £ to € from my £ account It didn't My card was declined even though I had money in it brbrI asked Starling what happened They just said you have to have your € account topped up brbrI have since closed the € account I'm going France tomorrow and I shall try and use it againbrbrBarclays Reward card hasn't failed me Comment from : FoyshaCollection
