This is really nice! I don't think I'll get much good at it but my body feels really good after all the stretching I like practicing the localized movements! I find it extremely hard to focus on more than one thing at a time (hence, I cannot play the piano because my hands try to do the same thing) So all this focus on one thing at a time really helps relax my brain

I've taken classes from many people in person and online Your explantions are by far the most clear and helpful Many teachers say to squeeze the butt muscles, others explaning shoulder shimmy make it sound so complicated Not only are you a natural dancer, but a natural teacher as well Can't wait to see more!! Wish you did more in ur videos explain while doing the video bc half videovover before get to experience your explanation which is ashame bc like everything about you except that video not edited to give more practice while talking instead of talking no practiceyou should end it with full dance which would bring it all together

This was so much fun! Definitely going to be following your belly dance videos and trying to do them a few times a week I'm horribly uncoordinated and clumsy so it probably looks really wonky when I do it though! Just also want to say thank you for making a plus size friendly video, it can be really daunting trying to work out or joining dance classes when you're bigger and know you won't be able to keep up, so I appreciated this so much 🖤
