I always had to get the 64 pack of Crayola Crayons with the sharpener on the back for each new school year along with a couple of packs of different colored Crayola markers, a pencil box, a lunch box, new pencils with my favorite cartoon characters on them such as Garfield, new clothes, shoes, and a new backpack! I LOVED having a bigger set of crayons than the some of other kids in my class!

If u want to teach your kid the value of a dollar and that money doesn't grow on treed and that things shouldn't just be given to them u don't get them anything just because u saved money Prepare your kid for the real world especially since many families have nothingwhy don't u take the money u saved parents and teach your kid to give it to those who don't have or put some away for college to teach your kid a lesson and have them do simple chores, get good grades etc to earn what they want
