Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember the Decepticons nor autobots signing any form of the Geneva convention or protocols I'm also unaware of anything similar existing in the history between the two combatting groups Therefore I propose that putting two in the back of the head of a surrendering Decepticon is not a war crime and should be encouraged as they are less than humanbrbrIt isn't a war crime the first time(or hundredth)
