My mother part of one, but not because she wants to earn, but because she genuinely likes the products brbrI dont know if they are legit or not, but their names are Herbalife and empowered consumerism My mother loves healthy prosucts and so she spends absurds amounts of money for this She once bought a 800 dollar water bottle because it bubbles from the bottom, i think its called Ultrah2 or molecular h2 watter bottle I think she has spent over 20,000 in us dollars over the past several years

In the year 2018, when I was unemployed, two of my friends called me and said that I could join the company they were working in The only thing I had to do was pay 2 lakh inr in order to get recruited I immediately knew that it was a scam But I couldn't believe that these were my own so called true friends I decided to go with the flow They said I had to attend a video call interview and so I did attend it I told the interviewer that I was low on money at present and asked if I could join sometime later He accepted I never called him back But my "friends" still call/text me to know my whereabouts even though I stopped calling them

Got to an orientation once that tells me how to get a job on their company, and it goes down exactly what the video describes the signs of pyramid scheme, while I’m not aware of it at the time, I know that it’s ridiculous to get money just from recruiting someone, like how does that work, I took my liberty to ask them a lot of questions and the more I ask, the more I lost my motivation to join, the more I doubt them, and the photos of people getting successful through their company just makes it worse

Two things One, I'm astounded by the amount of people who got burned by a pyramid scheme scam Two, although there are indeed a lot of pyramid scheme scams, there are also a lot of legitimate MLM and network marketing companies Please, do not make the assumption that they're all the same Just be aware of the company (if it's legit and for how long they've been doing it), be aware of the product (if there's no product, it's a pyramid scheme and it's illegal) and be aware os people who make get rich quick promises It's possible to make good money with MLM and netwok marketing, but it takes work, consistency and persistence

one of my friend joined this company where you have to have some membership or something (you get a discount if you do) and you get points by buying and selling their products and if you recruit someone as well she made it sound so good and i almost joined until she kept explaining and i felt like something was not right so i refused she persisted me for weeks telling me how the earnings will increase if you kept up for a few years and i def knew that it was something i should avoid eventually she stopped when i nearly screamed at her that i didn't want to join

BEWARE if it does not No legitimate business shows 100 percent gains over a period of time There's always points where there's some downturn due to numerous factors - the overall economy, lack of materials, investments in large expansion projects, etc If someone shows you a portfolio in which no downturn is ever reported immediately reject the offer, because it will ultimately come back to burn you
