Hi Biz Matthew I enjoyed your coverage of the wholesale process However, you didn't further go over the earnest money part If the wholesaler is new and doesn't have money (my understanding it's between 1 - 3 of purchase price depending on the state), How are they going to put down a earnest money deposit and they haven't found a cash buyer yet? 2nd thing that isn't covered by most, is Proof of Funds If the seller asks, How does a newbie get proof of funds or get around that conversation about proof of funds, if they haven't found a cash buyer yet? and they know that they don't have those kinds of funds in their own account yet Comment from : Lana Starks |
