Congratz with your pruchase! It must be a honor to own this significant moment in comic history Price wise: For me it is far, i mean really far out of my league and even further above my pay grade Although if you have budget for it it's a lot easier to decide when you finally find a copy I follow your reasons and motivation for the purchase In my noble opinion it's a great deal Pieces like this are comparable with paintings and should be in the family for at least 3 generations or more! Will you let the book as is or will you give a try to improve the presentation/grade of the book?

Beautiful book Well worth the price The most I ever paid for a book was $18k for an Ext restored copy of Superman #1 in 7,0 back in October 2005 I too collect All Star comics Love that series
