Has anyone actually successfully used the free letter? Why is the name on the letter “lendsmart” different than the website company name “doubleclose?” Are we sure this is legal? Or am I missing something? Would love for this to be true and work! But all of the skepticism and criticism I’ve read about not so truthful POF documents can at best tarnish your reputation and no agent will want to work with you or at worst land you in jail for fraud Would love thoughts on this

When I received the POF letter, my realtor tried calling the number and couldn't get ahold of anybody I went back to reading the instructions Before printing out the letter, I had to pay $499 in order to proceed After I had paid that amount, a new POF letter was sent to me with the proper names and contact information The first letter was from FundSmart The new letter is from Suncoast Equity Partners LLC I was told that I can use this letter each time I submit an offer They just have to have the right subject addresses etc Did that sound familiar to you?
