What was this place? Was it a private prison? Or was this a Fed holdover? Where they hold you before you catch chain to the feds brThey normally send you to a seperate facility But they also can send you to any random ass county jail When I fell out of Collin County a suburb county of Dallas There was this Columbian guy, he didnt speak english But he was my cellie and he was actually pretty cool He was the real deal Columbian Cartel He was flying their planes smuggling dope to the US There was an informant that had infiltrated their organization He showed me all of the pictures the FBI and DEA were taking of him when they were watching He said he was flying and as soon as he flew into US airspace they shot his ass down He showed me all of his scars from when he had to crash land his plane He must of been one hell of a pilot He said they were trying to kill him But he managed to drop out most of his cargo which was cocaine This fool was balling he had all kinds of money His organization was looking out for him He would give me $200 to have my ppl buy prepaid phones that were local to the DFW Metroplex and mail them to his ppl in Columbia He loved to be on that phone He wasnt able to make collect calls internationally He had a bad ass lawyer too They were trying to give him a ridiculous sentence and he managed to get like something like 180 months fed so 15yrs They were trying to give him 50 to life in the feds He wouldnt roll on his ppl and shit why would he Theyd surely kill his loved ones He was pretty cool though we all called him Columbia But I wasnt aware that they will just stick them in random county jails I think the feds have to pay that county jail for their inmate being there He would have to go 30 miles away to Dallas just to go to court at the Federal building in Downtown brYou meet all kinds of ppl when you're locked up though thats for sure

Living on the border of Mexico and the US over the last 6 years, I have been offered money to move people (traffic illegal aliens)( my own people)( except I am a citizen )for $1000 bucks a person I won't do it Sentences are harsh but this my first insight into an actual "paisa" jail My father hired illegal aliens in his restaurants in Fresno, California all of our lives Human trafficking is just one crime of MANY you describe of these inmates in this jail where you spent 30 days These coyotes, these crimes, this extortion is so common and so often result in tragedy, suffering and loss of life But thank you for raising my awareness to this issue of crime and punishment Much appreciated 💜
