My favorite 2 albums of all time are “Illmatic” and “Reasonable Doubt” They change spots depending on the day you ask me My 3rd and 4th albums are “The Infamous” and “The War Report” They go back and forth as well in the 3 and 4 spot depending on the day I like Mobb deep better overall and definitely like more of their catalog but this album is almost flawless Maybe 2 songs I skip on a listen but it has 20 songs compared to 10-14 like the other 3 albums This whole album just gets the mindset of a shiesty ny muthafucka I remember anytime I drove OT, listening to this and being like “No one out here fucking with me I run this shit” The jewels they drop and descriptions are all on point I love newports almost more than anything but I’ll never forgive them for fucking up NORE’s voice Most of the other CNN shit don’t compare but some of nores solo shit is good (Even though this is pretty much a nore album featuring Capone Ghost on more songs on Only built for Cuban links than Capone on in this)
