In my experience, it seems like distance/online degrees were accepted as legitimate in Europe looooooooong before they were in the US It's like we Americans were behind the times in that regard Online degrees are a complete god-send and enable many people to complete a program they may not otherwise have logistically been able to do Comment from : Suzanne of the Southern Isles |

To be honest, I was working 3 jobs while attending university, working 70-80 hours a week plus classes/homework/papers/projects etc Due to that, my classwork suffered at times Sometimes I couldn't read my material for class, not to mention my lack of ability to have time to study for exams If I could have done everything online, I would have jumped at the chance, because driving back and forth from my school everyday cost me 5 hours a week of my time Not to mention the cost of parking and simply attending University in person I would have saved a lot of time, money, effort, and energy brbrLike Ben says, the end result is what matters, just because someone is jealous that they spent more money and time completing their degree doesn't mean that they get the right to discredit people who complete the same process but in a different way After all, the idea of the future of the world I want to live in is that things become more convenient, and I hope other people feel the same way Because that should be the goal of a highly advanced technological society Comment from : Jon Prue |
