He's got a point If you come across someone who's had a car crash and got a gaping wound on their head, what you going to do? Say "just keep bleeding mate, I'm not a doctor"? When a family member isn't well and you look after them, give them paracetamol when they need it etc, in the broadest sense of the term makes you a doctor Yeah I wouldn't expect some random at the bus stop to give me open heart surgery because they're not trained but day to day things does technically make you a doctor
