Hello, id just like to confirm, with an aio cooler with 3 fans, are those fans considered intake fans or exhaust fans and do i actually need to consider these fans when trying to get a neutral airflow? Comment from : redshark1358 |

Before I get into any critiques, I want to start by saying the mod you did to your gpu looks fantastic For the isopropyl alcohol anything rated 91 and above is electronic safe Paper towel should be fine to clean with, but I recommend either coffee filters or microfiber cloths I also disagree with you regarding fan placement Positive or slightly positive pressure is always preferred, meaning that you want more intake fans than exhaust I generally recommend 2-3 intake fans in the front, and 1 exhaust fan in the rear Regarding AIO longevity, I agree with you there Just a small nitpick, the pump is not always located on the cpu block, sometimes it is in the tubes somewhere (due to dodging Asetek patents) Informing viewers of this and directing them to check documentation would be good Another note not every motherboard has at least 8-pin eps, some low-end boards (like a320 or b450 for example) have only 4-pin eps This may confuse a viewer who is looking for an 8-pin only to find nothing Another nitpick it would have been nice to see you touch on semi-modular PSUs Lower-end cases require you to twist off PCI-e slot covers, so I would have liked to see you mention this Technically you do not need to ever license windows to use it, you will however lose customization features and be stuck with the watermark If you have trouble installing windows it may be due to bios instability (am5 problem) or because of other storage drives Disconnecting all drives other than the boot drive could help here Technically you do not need amd adrenalin or geforce experience, but it is recommended you do so to get the latest game ready drivers On newer platforms, bios instability could cause xmp or expo issues, but it could also be faulty or incompatible ram and the advice you gave here was good I would have liked to see you mentioning returning or exchanging the ram for a non-faulty kit if that is the problem Comment from : Umar Atlagh |
this was super informative and so easy to follow, thank you! I do have one comment/question regarding your fan set up here Did you not disobey your own advice regarding pressure? there are 3 intake fans and 4 exhaust fans? or do the AIO fans not count in this way? Comment from : Nicholas Haynes |
Wait, doesn’t he have negative pressure since he has more fans (3 going out from the top, 1 in the back) brDoes the radiator negate the rule with 7 fans? Comment from : ibean24 |
Guys I'm getting crazy with the count of his fans and their placementbrHe used a Corsair commander core: Does it mean that it has 6 fans + the 3 Aio fans? So, I guess it has 9 fans TOTAL maybe 4 exhaust(3 aio on top + 1 rear) and 5 intake (3 front + 2 bottom?) brDid I missed something? Comment from : elghark |

One thing that threw me for a loop was the lack of a JFP1 header on my motherboard, while the case had the shown single cables What the motherboard did have was a f_panel port, and a plastic adapter + instructions for using the single cablesbrbrAnother thing that popped up, and not sure if the video covered it and I just missed, but the default fan with the case had a plug in that wanted 3 prongs, so wasn't sure where to put that Turns out those just go into the fan slots on the motherboard (with 4 prongs)brbrAnd PC built, yay Much thanks Comment from : Axterix13 |
is this all on the same motherboard? Comment from : Emilio Gomez |

I used this video step by step to build my own PC and I can’t express how thankful I am for how easy and understandable it is but one thing you forgot to mention or maybe I wasn’t paying attention, is the fact that you need an even number of RAM, after I built my own I tired to build my dad one, but it didn’t work I thought I had messed up, before I sent it all back and got my money I had my grandpa take a look but it just turns out you need an even number of RAM 😅 Comment from : Ronnie Bickel |
For the fan configuration could you do 3 on the top and 3 on the front? Comment from : Dylan Peres |
