It's probably an inside job from "money network" which is a NY bank go figure! CA does not do business in the state of CA My card had a chip and it still got drained I called money network and they said I need to fill out a dispute form and they never mailed it, however I just recently received another debit card in the mail I guess I will try to activate and quickly withdraw the money via atm, but I don't doubt that the card will get automatically drained once activated

activated my tax relief card, 0 balance 48 hrs later, finally got thru to somone after an hour of calls and they said i could dispute the charges, come on i never got to transfer the funds

This was definitely an inside job The Money Network staff was compromised by an outside black market to provide and sell the identifying card numbers along with informationbrbrMoney Network needs to audit (or be audited all together) for failing to protect private/sensitive and financial information! Someone should sue them for hiring corrupt staff!

When you get the card, find from the card websites if there‘s a nearby ATM in a safe location (you can also use a bank), activate the card, and withdraw the money
