I definitely want to try this because I have been dying to do the middle split for ages now, I was quiet close to doing it without watching and doing the stretches but hopefully after I have done them for a couple days, I’ll get the hang of it, I’m not a gymnast or dancer anymore but I would like to try and get back into dances and moves like this, thank you Anna for sharing tips and stretches for us to try!
