I just got into purchasing a four Plex and thought I was going to put 3 1/2 down, until almost at the end of the deal they told me I had to put down more like 10 just to offset the rental income to mortgage payment ratio, which turned out to be like $28,000 more than I expected Now I’ll have a fourplex, but I’ll have $848 less out of my paycheck per month and I’ll be living on a tight budget My money will be locked in this property until I can get out of this deal somehow Thanks a lot! 😫🤬
