Hey Apple Support Mine does not do Face ID and asks for the passcode I use to open the phone, the prompt to enter the passcode is not in the same format as the passcode when I open the phone It has me typing on a keyboard instead of having the numbers like when you are opening the phone or dialing a number Every way I enter it it tells me it is wrong WTF
