it's crazy to see how far deathcore has come, it started out super melodeath influenced and now we have bands like mental cruelty, worm shepherd , shrine of malice doing it with black metal and slam, and others like left to suffer, humanity's last breath with more djenty stuff, or bodysnatcher, paleface throwing in a lot more hardcore and beatdown, and shit even a bit of doom metal from stuff like black tongue, (they also thrown in a lot of black metal) such a diverse genre

I still love this album after all these years but I honestly like bloodlust more I know it's not completely fair to compare the two because they are two completely different sides to this band, but I love that album it's more nostalgic to me and the vocal performance is just so raw and aggressive Though, Malice is way more technically proficient and still goes down as one of the best early deathcore records
