Looking at land in California don Pedro lake area, it’s all HOA but it’s cheapbrHOA like $100 a year and according to realtor he lives there and they don’t do anything so they aren’t strict just get to use gym and pool and both lakes, found some land for 55k do you think offering 45k would be fair? 18 acres flat with trees corner lot, looks decent and in between both lakes

Nice video Just curious, I know you mentioned you bought land with a river running through it Were there any FEMA maps showing how much of your land is in a flood plain? Did you have an opportunity to speak with long-term neighbors to see if the river ever went over its embankment and how far? Or, maybe most of the land is well elevated above the floodplain of the river Reason I ask is that I think all rivers typically overflow eventually

BEWARE!! Be careful when going to go see the pieces of land I went to go see a piece of land I was told about and after looking on the listing, I was kind of interested in it Hubby and I went to look at it, we had a guy give us a warning shot All while my 2 kids were in the car on their tablets After explaining why we were there, we found out that the land had a large pond and teens were going there to smoke and have bonfire parties Yeah no thanks lol, we left The guy later apologized for scaring us and our kids
