Also, I agree with portion of what you are saying BUT I AM Also hearing that you may not be AS Educated about child development Theres classes/ books you can read to show you how to professionally assist young children with their emotional needs ( Thats the point of them going to school in the first place) Alot of these "difficult" situations you mentioned with poor child behavior is normal and theres many techniques to change these childrens behavior for the better Theres ALOT children behave this way many times its not their fault it can be how they're raised, genetics, or what they have seen ect As an educator, you should have the tools and techniques to work through these children's emotional needs Thats what you're having trouble with I have worked with "difficult" children and helped them learn how to use appropriate behavior in the classroom Also, I have a bachelors in early child hood education Please read on child development, social emotional development in children, positive reinforcement for children ect Hope this helps !
