i'm 170cm (5'7) and some months ago i was my slimmest, at 162kg we are from a slim country, not as slim as asia, but a helthy one everyone around me told i was slim without me asking guys, 40kg (the 40s i mean) is seriously underweight only seriously short girls can get it and still be some sort of way healthy don't consider unless ur 1,50 less than 1,60 for sure

What’s missing from this equation is that a lot of Koreans are a lot more healthier than foreigners They walk more Diet is healthier compared to American diets So a 100 pound woman may look undernourished in America but it may be considered ideal for some women Just try to find your American sized underwear in Korea and you’ll see what I mean
