DFW has no waterfront It has no port It's landlocked The car is the major source of transportation ALL the "lakes" (reservoirs) are manmade/ artificial Water is at a premium In order to sustain all this growth, "lakes" (reservoirs) will need to be BUILT, thus taking land away That will drive the prices up Trust me, as landlocked metro area, you don't want to keep growing Eventually it will be counterproductive

I visited DFW area for a few days and LOVED it There has never been a place I visited and loved more in my life than DFW Great ppl, great weather, lots of things to do There isn’t a single thing about DFW that I disliked I definitely wanna live there some day
