The reason you have to decide whether to plant 10k or 30k is the speed of when you get the most money Long answer short 10k if you want the biggest return over time 30k if you need a bigger amount quicker

Before I get to know how money trees work, I planted 2 money trees of 70000 bells One of them ended up with only 30000 bells in total, which disappointed me But the other one managed to grow out a total of 210000 bells! I was so surprised at the immense amount of money flooding out of my backpack therebrSo yeah, after watching this video, I realized how big of a risk I was taking without knowing Now the immense amount of money seems reasonable, but well, probably not gonna try it again after knowing about the statistics behind money trees

I love planting money trees, because now I’m out of Tom nooks debt and always look at the percentages as a guide and use the process of probabilities brExample if I planted 1 tree of 99,000 bells thats only a 30 chance of tripling my money but if I planted 2 thats 60 brSo to max my chances I would have to plant 4 which gives me a little bit over 100 that at least 1 of them will triple my money and the rest will lose me money and reduce it from 99,000 to the minimum of 30,000 brWhich means we can lose at minimum of 10,000 Or at max 279,000 bells brSo it depends how much your willing to risk planting 10,000 in general is a good spot

When Isabelle tells you she got lucky with her horoscope or some shit like that, you should find the glow spot with money in it and put a bell sack of 99000 in it You will get the 99000 3 times once the money tree has grown (I know i'm very late with this and most people know by now but I've done this today so I can confirm this works)
