Totally agree with you Adrian That surge on the refrigerator was huge, but we understand why As you know I use solar as much as possible; but there comes a point during winter where it’s not viable due to latency Here in the countryside where we get lots of power outages we do have to resort to a silent diesel generator (bought cheap off the council) and use red dieselbrHuge LiFeP04 batteries still cost a fortune The generator puts out a huge amount of power and will happily run 24 hours in smart mode Great video 👍😀

That peak power is very high I power my Liebherr (same power as yours, around 90w) with my ecoflow river and when it starts, it never gets that highbrAlso I have tried to power my parents Bosch (older, with no inverter) and it kicks at about 500 something watts

Hello Ade, Informative video as usual, thanks for creating it I wonder if you have thought of this topic - Using a solar generator and/or Inverter to power a combi boiler in the event of blackouts? I know this is a complex topic with a lot of safety requirements but it could surely be made simple to explain

Thank you for that information - especially the fridge freezer brI have a Jackery 1000, and a Jackery 500brI was a bit concerned to read (after I'd purchased them) that due to their Lithium batteries, they should only ever be stored at around 60 - 70 charge? Can you confirm if this is correct? I would only use them in a "SHTF" situation and as such would prefer them to be fully charged for maximum output brThank you 😊
