Even if you are not a beginner, you need to do Language Transfer I did not do it for long time since I wasn't a beginner but I was finally talked into it and mind blown within an hour I know someone that was practically fluent in German and also couple other languages and when they did German Language Transfer it completely cleared up a concept that they had just learned how to deal with it for years, only took Language Transfer a couple hours to break down the underlying concept and make that "a-ha" moment brbrI'm learning Catalan now and I'm learning it from Spanish instead of my native language of English because of the basis Language Transfer gave me brbrI make small monthly donations and try to make other donations throughout year bc they are so amazing, and not only free but no ads I just hope they get enough donations here and there to keep up this amazing project they have going Comment from : Adam |

I'm telling you language transfer is the best app ever!!! It's one guy teaching you 10 different languages and it's comprehensible because it's a new method of learning a language and I love the fact that you can understand the new language based on etymology you already know! I have been trying to study Spanish for years, but truly language transfer was the most useful and helpful app ever I stopped studing spanish for almost 2 years and the first thing i started to do is to continue the course on language transfer again I was able to write sentences only after 5 or 6 lessons brI also would recommend spanish butterfly YouTube channel to help with pronunciation Comment from : Nermine mohsen |

I think learning from different language apps is like learning from different people People are different and how you learn can be different from others so if you try multiple apps, you might learn in multiple different ways which I think is great cause your brain might adapt to different ways of learning and doesn’t limit it Also trying to learn by yourself (self taught) is good, people tell others they’re learning wrong but we all learn in different ways If you think it’ll work, try it Just don’t give up And one of the keys to learning a language is to put a lot of time into it Not just 5 minutes a day An hour a day is probably minimum Try to surround yourself in that language and listen to podcasts or music throughout the day Comment from : Karla Flores |

This sounds very similar to a series of French lessons on CD by Michel Thomas called Total French Similar format with students and teacher and also uses common cognates and emphasizing no memorizing I am not sure who came first but I found the format useful but also use other methods and apps in my pursuit of a language acquisition I will check out LT but it sounds like French has only a few lessons Comment from : Jim Garber |
