Because Im confused they’re asking for gift letter even though I have the money for loan And they said it’s just for “show money” or trick to get approval but what if they ask for verification? like transfer of where it came from? Lizzy, thank you so much for the video I was currently in the process for a FHA loan in Texas ButI’m a co-signer for another home loan and they are recommending me to go conventional now I have funds but I feel like I will need more So the person I co sign has agree to Gift me the difference if is needed But we are not family, can he be consider family like? I know him for a long time and this is why I did the co sign He tried to refinance and unfortunately his score is too low and will have to wait until next month to run his credit
