I was thinking about making my own videos on how to cook quick and simple meals, and again focusing on eating healthy at the same time as I find myself in the same situation where I’m too tired or rushed off my feet and before I know it, it’s anything between 5/7pm and I want a quick fix so would like to also corporate ideas for snacks and on the go foods that won’t be so bad on the waistline ❤ money towards a childminder might help and maybe the cost of meat these days but I can go on my weekly shopping, also corporate budget and portion sizes 🤔
