This is a standard restaurant recipe They charge you top dollar and you can't taste any liquor Places that I've worked at I always dread when it's ordered When I'm bartending and make it for my customers, I cut back on the pineapple juice and the ice So it's not diluted and you fill the glass with all the liquor that you made it with

stainless pitchers have pluses and minuses They get cool and stay cool faster and longer, but you cant see when everything is blended For certain things, you'll need to pour back in the stainless pitcher when it doesn't come out totally blended always a tough choice to decide which type to purchase!

I like putting the Rum straight in the bottom and the mix on top You dip your straw in and out of the rum Also freeze your glasses Florida weather will melt you drink in 5 to 10 minutes otherwise

My grandmother being born 1914 made her own coconut milk, and thus made coquito which is Puerto Rico's version of the American eggnog Also although not a drink she also used her homemade coconut milk for rice pudding When this generation of PR's give me their recipe they use can everything I'll say no thank you there was no can any thing in her time all was freshly done, Thank God i was there to see her make these wonderful drinks/foods
