It's hard to tell exactly what's in there, but the most valuable notes would sell on eBay for about $1,500 each: 1862 $1, 1869 $1, 1901 $10 The 1899 $1 educational maybe $1,000 The 1922 $10 and $20 sell for about $250 each; the 1891 Treasury note about $300 The 1907 $5 about $250 Those $10 and $20 small size notes are worth 2 or 3 times face, it's hard to see exactly what they are Those 2 fractional notes are worth about $25 each There are maybe 75 silver dollars that would sell for $20 - $50, no telling So that's another $2,000 or so Looks to me if he got $75,000 for all these he did pretty good Don't forget a dealer has to make a profit since he has overhead Comment from : brushcreek42 |
