So CSF with higher B values will have a low signal because with a long enough dephasing and rephasing magnetic gradient CSF with its isotropic diffusuion will be just pushed way too out of phase to give any signal Proportionatly lower B values may give some more signal with CSF and more shine through, while b0 has no de and rephasing magnetic gradients, so it will essentially just be T2 CSF intensity and very sensitive to any shine through Is this assumption correct? Also, what is the difference between a b0 and an actual T2 image? Could You in theory skip the b0 if you have a T2 and just use it as b0 instead?brExcellent video btw!! Comment from : Áron Sári |
