It's a 2001 F350 V10 Dually crewcab 2 wheel drive I think it will beat the RAM it has a 24k original miles 😅an Fords website clocks the quarter mile in 168 seconds 😂 People understimate the V10's because only the dullay came with steep gearing 4:30 gears and she hits 60 in 6 seconds an I have run a 155 quater miles an shes bone stock Trick is its a work truck an weighs only 5690lbs The V10 feels like my 1999 Mustang I bet it would beat the pants of that 73 on the ike as well You just never see them like this truck because its never been abused just used about 1k miles a year Comment from : Shenkosky

There is one key difference between this truck and Gunsmoke that explains the difference in ride quality: Gunsmoke was an F-350, this one is an F-250 In the pre-Super Duty era, the front suspension setup was totally different between an F-250 4×4 and an F-350 4×4 The 250s had a Dana 50 twin traction beam (TTB) independent front suspension, while the 350s had a Dana 60 solid front axle The TTB front end, while not the best IFS system ever made, would still ride noticeably smoother than a solid axle Add in the difference in spring rates between a 3/4 ton and 1 ton, and the longer wheelbase on the extended cab truck, and absolutely this truck will ride smoother than Gunsmoke did, and not because of the age difference either Comment from : Matthew Gingerich
