I have a fair condition O silver dollar coin I’m selling for $50 Comment from : Jimbo Morrison |
Anybody know if this is a factory error??? Comment from : Dustin Mitchell |
ONE SHOULD NEVER, EVER CLEAN COINS!!!! Comment from : Michael Gale |
IF YOU EVER GET THE ITCH TO CLEAN A COIN JUST SOAK IT IN A BOWL OF TARNEX LIQUID!!! NEVER EVER RUB A CLOTH ACROSS A COIN BECAUSE SAID COIN WILL BE EASILY SCRATCHED BY A CLOTH, ESPECIALLY A HANDKERCHEIF, NO? WITH TARNEX YOU JUST SOAK THEN RINSE, THEN DAB IT WITH A PAPER TOWEL OR A MESHED OUT COTTON BALL, THEN LET IT AIR DRY ON A BLANKET OR WASH RAG OR BATH TOWEL!!! BUT I NEVER DO THAT, I NEVER CLEAN A COIN ANYMORE!!! I ONCE TOOK A ROLL OF OPENED JEWLER'S ROUGE THAT IS A BROWNISH WAXY THAT LOOKS LIKE AN OVER SIZED BROWNISH WORN AT THE END CRAYOLA CRAYON! YOU RUB IT ONTO YOUR SOFT CLOTHED GRINDING WHEEL, THEN YOU USE A SOFT WASH RAGWITH CHANNEL LOCKS HOLDING SAID COIN IN PLACE, OR YOU JUST USE A DRILL TO CUT A HOLE INTO A PIECE OF WOOD,BUT NOT TOO DEEP, JUST DEEP ENOUGH TO HOLD SAID COIN IN PLACE WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE, OR TAPE FORMED INTO A RING AND STUCK ONTO THE COIN, FACING AWAY FROM THE CLOTH GRINDER, THEN RUB JEWLERS ROUGE ONTO THE CLOTH GRINDING WHEEL,BUFF LIKE AN ELECTRIC SHOE SHINER DOES, AND YOU'LL SEE THAT IT, THE COIN WILL LOOK LIKE A PROOF COIN WITH A MIRRORED LOOK TO THE SIDE THAT YOU BUFFED! THE COIN SHOULD BE ADHERED TO THE WOODEN FRAME THAT U DRILLED, BUT THE WOOD SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT THINNER IN DEPTH TO HOLD SAID COIN WITH TAPE LIKE A TIGHT FITTING PICTURE FRAME THAT IS ROUND, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I'M SAYING?!!! NEVER EVER BUFF A VERY COLLECTABLE OLD COIN LIKE A MORGAN DOLLAR THOUGH, BECAUSE YOU'LL HAVE NOTHING BUT VERY FINE SCRATCHES THAT ARE VERY NOTICEABLE ONCE INSPECTED WITH PROPER LIGHTING OR A MAGNIFYING GLASS! I USED TO ONLY JEWELER'S ROUGE BUFF A COIN THAT IS VERY COMMON LIKE A 1984 P LINCOLN HEAD PENNY!! SOMETHING NOT RARE OR COLLECTABLE , BUT WHICH IS COMMON AND MINTED IN VERY LARGE QUANTITIES!!!! Comment from : Michael Gale |
Do they all have the small M above the D mint? Comment from : Jane Candelaria |

The problem is when looking at the sales price is if someone wanted the vam 3 feathers (which is the vam of this coin) they are most likely going to buy one problem free, but if someone did buy it on a compulsion buy it would be for Far less than you xf price Probably looking a a few hundred dollars if I'm being honestbrbrGood luck & great content Comment from : Beast Mode 14W |
