KISS is my policy too I love the old mechanical laundry soap machines; it used to have painted rainbow graphic with "Laundry Bar" under it I love the loud CLUNK it made when it vended the soap No generic "Out of Service" error on a digital display like on the soda and candy machines; I hate those machine, if it Wi-Fi connected wouldn't the company get a diagnostic alert when it goes down? Don't get me started on the debit/credit card scam machines popping up everywhere

Another great video, thx for showing, Cantons idea of getting kids involved with vending machines might be a great way to go, I think you or family would do such a better job, you have three Venus now maybe it might be possible to increase that in the future ,I like the slide soap dispenser as you say less to muck up, I certainly go along with kiss, it works so well when dealing with the public, stay safe and keep smiling

My friend bought his machine via Amazon I suggested he stay with a Mechanical Dispenser If he runs out customers go to to 7/11 for bigger boxes I sourced great supplies for him & he makes $150 per box profit as he buys 1,000 at a time & uses 30 - 50 boxes a week Laundromats are not as huge here in Australia

nice video! i own a laundromat as well i agree with you on keeping the soap machines simple i was wondering do you ever have problems with the soap boxes sticking together? my soap boxes get som residule powder on them durring shipping and while they sit in the machine they stick together it is a pain cause when a customer goes to purchase a box it just crushes the box instead of dispensing the product just curious if you ever ran into this and have any tips thanks

Those are locations you service anyway, and you got storage there, and you are interested in providing a good experience Sounds to me like it would be a no-brainer to operate those vending machines yourself

Hay next time use a longer screwdriver so you're hands don't get in the way If I lived closer I would take over your vending needs I check my machines weekly and if needed twice a week I am getting so many locations that I can't do it alone and they all come from customer referrals so I must be doing something right Love your video's Timothy Northrup

I just helped my mate fix his detergent vendor He gets his stuff from Amazon & charges a flat $200 AUD allowing a $100 Net Profit per box There is a small grocery store nearby & most people will go there for larger boxes but often his boxes sell with the younger crowd

I have to disagree with you only for the fact that some people are allergic to one brand of soap and it’s better to have an option for an allergy free soap it shows you care and you add a premium to the price of 50 cents But that’s my opinion

Hey Keenan Glad to see your keeping well I worked on vending machines for a few years servicing them and refilling them I worked for a big company that covered universities office blocks and bus depots Because I would be the only person the customers would see the amount of abuse I would get because someone has lost 50 pence or a chocolate bar got stuck I'd smile Offer an apology and a refund and try to explain occasionally things go wrong with the machines Hope your keeping safe buddy ☺
