Take your kids on a nature walk Bring a grocery bag and some tongs from the dollar store Pick up trash in the park as you walk around! Make it a game! Who ever had the most trash wins a prize! It's a great walk, you are doing a service for your community by cleaning a local area, and you are making it a fun game for them to look forward to!

What you said about stopping what you are doing to spend a minute with your kids I am actually trying to be better about that Also, my new water bottle is basic and from Wal-Mart and the straw does sit flat in my cup so I always have to pull the straw up a little in order to simply drink I want another one that is more functional

How much time do you have in the morning? To do your skin care, hair done, change clothes and study the Bible? Wondering because I have 2 under 2 and I have a hard time getting up before they get up Plus they wake me before 6 any way lol brLet me know how realistic this is for me please, thank you!

I 100 agree on the getting out of the house I just went back to work only during the school year and before that I was a stay at home mom for 3 years Getting out of the house helps your mental health so much! I have 1 & 3 year old boys 😅 so we definitely need outside time daily Also I’ve been trying to read the Bible more so that was super helpful for me! This whole video was really! Love that I found your account!

I try to be faithful to clean the kitchen before going to bed for my tomorrow me! I hate waking up to a messy kitchen!! I also make my bed in the morning; it makes me calmer while I am having my tea with Abba - I can concentrate on Him; His Word and my mind is not wandering with thoughts that the bed (which is in front of me) needs making!! :)
