I disagree with the over all opinion, I really enjoy collecting modern commemorative coins I do agree with your assessment of the 1983 I love eagle I own 10 of them As for font, the USO silver dollar, and gold $5 Mount rushmore both have great font I may not be far judge as my father in-law was the artist Again I agree with the gold George Washington, and most of your picks But it's easy to agree when I really do enjoy most of the coins As for the fund raising aspect I reserve my opinion Comment from : SteveiB |

My problem with the sacagawea dollars is there are no known surviving images of her They just basically plastered the image of a young woman on a US coin and labeled her as a historic figure Maybe it's just splitting hairs to most people, but to me there is just something kinda wrong in doing that Comment from : 71 Avalon |
